I agree with the eewwww part! I hate spiders!!! Glad you sent the black widow on to her eternal reward. You are so brave! Good boy, Tucker…I’m sure he would have come to help if you had needed him.

I am pretty sure I jinxed myself by talking about a snake yesterday. I came home, went to let my dog out of his pen and I saw that bucket had been overturned. I kicked the bucket lightly with my foot to set it upright and an 16″ garter snake slithered out. I didn’t have my mower ready so I used a barn scraper and hacked him in three pieces. I am not going to talk about snakes anymore!

Ewwww. Ewww. Ewwww! I am a million times more scared of snakes than spiders HOWEVER, I have never seen a Widow in real life so I am so impressed with how brave you are! That was my biggest fear when I lived alone: fighting off snakes by myself. My favorite weapon was the riding lawnmower!
