I just want to take a second to welcome any new readers coming over from this post on DIYdiva. Kit wrote of Bonafide Farm as a “kindred farm,” which makes my heart happy as I feel the same way about Liberty House. Squee!!
And if you’re not yet familiar with DIYdiva, check it out pronto and see if you can keep yourself from being inspired. Kit’s a beast, a “power-tool wielding bad-ass,” and another awesome chick who’s living the farm dream on her terms alone. And best, she’s snort-out-loud funny as she describes her triumphs and travails. DIYdiva is a daily read, for sure!
I have stopped by from DIYDiva. I have read back a few posts and I am sure I will be back for more! I live in the country with my BF. We have a very large garden but the only livestock we have is 2 dogs and 2 cats!
Hi, Sarah! Welcome!
Same here! Came from DIYDiva and I’m hooked! No farm for me, but it’s a “one day” dream. Love seeing farm life through your lens. Lovely blog
Hi, Christina! Welcome! I hope I can provide some inspiration for your “one day” farm dream, and thanks for reading!
I’m another, and I’ve almost caught up on your archives from the beginning. It really pains me that I’m almost caught up!
David, I hope you’ve enjoyed the blog and stay tuned for more!
Hi! Over from DIY Diva, read all the way back to posts from 2011! Already talking to my man about retrying the deer fence for our garden! Maybe it’ll work as well as it has for you! Love your house and blog
Hi, Katie, and welcome! I couldn’t have the garden I do without the deer fence. If you set it up right once it will pay you back with many years of critter-free gardening. Good luck!
