Some people also put a craft wooden egg or even a white golf ball in the next to give them a little &quot;clue&quot;!  Always enjoy your blog!

		<description>I love your coop! I understand about the heat wave, it was 102 here today and yesterday, day before. Fall can&#039;t get here fast enough.

Our guineas never did lay eggs in nest boxes here. They prefer an old tire with straw/hay/leaves in it. An egg left in the nest box will encourage the hens to start laying in it.
